Nora answers from product, delivery and DNA information published on this site and says so when something is not known or not yet reviewed. Prices and stock are read live from our shop. Nora does not take orders, cannot see your health or DNA data and cannot give medical advice. Please do not type personal health details or DNA results. We keep a technical log (time, topic, tools used) but not the text of your messages. If an AI model is switched on, your question and the relevant published facts are sent to our AI provider to phrase the answer, and the panel says so.
