We look at the role of the product, the dose, the source, the available support behind the ingredients, and the way the product fits into daily use. These are simple principles, but they matter. They help us create a more transparent experience for the customer.

Each product is reviewed through practical questions: why it exists, what it contains, how it is presented, and how easily a customer can understand its place in daily life.

Purpose

Every product begins with a purpose. It should be clear why the product exists and what kind of routine it is designed for. This may be connected to daily nutrition, beauty, energy, training, recovery, pregnancy, seasonal needs, or long-term wellbeing, depending on the product. The purpose does not need to be dramatic. It needs to be understandable.

Dose and form

The amount, form, and serving context of an ingredient are important parts of the product experience. We aim to present active ingredients, amount per serving, recommended use, and other details in a way that is easy to read. A clear formula is easier to understand, easier to compare, and easier to include in a routine.

Source and documentation

Ingredients become more meaningful when there is context around them. Where possible, we look at origin, supplier documentation, production method, ingredient form, quality data, and other relevant details for the specific product category. The source matters most when it helps explain the quality and purpose of the product.

Evidence and context

Product information should feel clear, balanced, and useful. Some ingredients have authorised health claims. Some are supported by research that gives helpful context. Some have traditional use. Some are included because they make sense within the overall formulation. These different types of support should be presented with care.
